Innovations in Grazing

The 2nd meeting of the Working Group was held in Lublin, Poland on 3 June 2012.

The theme of the meeting in Lublin was “Innovations in Grazing”. There were five sessions:

  • Introduction
  • Technical support
  • Decision support tools for farmers
  • Novelties in grazing management
  • Innovative approaches in knowledge transfer

Research methodology of grazing

The 1st meeting of the EGF Working Group Grazing was held on 29 August 2010, prior to the 23rd General Meeting of the European Grassland Federation in Kiel. The theme of the meeting was "Research methodology of grazing". There were three sessions:

  • Setting the scene
  • Modelling of grazing
  • Field measurements
